It is unusual for Home-care policies to cover baths, showers, sinks etc other than some general plumbing leading to the fitting 

Household Electricals 

Depending on the age, condition, location of the property or another relevant factor HelpMeRent.co.uk reserves the right to have a properties Electrics / Electrical Appliances Fully, Partly or PAT Tested. Depending on the result of the test maintenance work may be required or an item may need replacing or disposing of.  
All costs to be covered by the landlord.  
We will always explain our actions with regards to maintenance tasks and we promise to NEVER add an undisclosed fee or % to a contractors invoice.

Craig communicated with us at all times with regular updates on applications along with potential viewings. References are an integral part of the process with no stone left unturned. Health & Safety is also not compromised with a full electrical inspection of the property to include the installation of hard wired fire alarms, heat detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. 
A full Management service is provided with inspections carried out every 12 weeks in addition to their initial inventory sign off giving us a peace of mind that our property is being looked after and maintained. We have already recommended the team to friends who are looking to rent their property.
