The Tenant Hub is an area for Landlords to view Very Basic information about a tenant member for example: 
 
Family of four, looking for a min of 4 beds, family home in the Wrexham / Chester area. 1 Dog, willing to pay higher deposit.  
 
What happens next? The Tenant Hub is an open access page on the HelpMeRent.co.uk Website and a potential Landlord can view these general details at anytime. If they see the details of a suitable tenant they can contact HelpMeRent.co.uk for your contact details, so please let us know if you DO NOT want your personal details released to a potential Landlord via our tick box. 
 
Whats in it for us? We operate a fair usage policy and offer a Landlord 3 potential tenants information per property. If you go ahead with the rental they will pay us £99 OR if they have more than one property they may have a membership policy. 
 
Once a Tenancy is agreed we will also erect a Let By Board at the property, this will be in place for 10 - 14 days and will be removed automatically.

The Tenant Hub is not related to our Standard Lettings Services 
Before releasing your personal details to a Landlord we will receive some I.D verification from them 
This service is purely an introductory service, from the moment we pass your details over to a landlord you will deal with them directly unless they outsource some tenancy preparation or property management to an Agent. 
We ask all our Landlords to adopt our 'No Tenant Fees, Ever!' policy however we regret that we are unable to enforce this, however please do give us feedback on your experience so we can review our policies & procedures to make the Hub a better place for everyone.

A - Its a natural progression of services from on-line agents who offer a 'self-service' opportunity for Landlords 
 
How does The Tenant Hub work? 
A - Simple...If you like the sound of a potential tenant on The Tenant Hub you can contact HelpMeRent.co.uk.co.uk for their personal details. 
 
Once I've got their details what happens next? 
A - Use them ! Give your prospective tenants a call and have a chat. If it sounds like they could be the right tenants for you why not arrange a viewing after all they have asked to be contacted by Landlords who have a property To Rent. 
 
Viewing Completed, they like the property, what happens next? 
A - If you are an experienced Landlord who has arranged tenancies before simply proceed as you normally would, if you are struggling with a certain part of the check-in process for example if you are due on holiday when your new tenant wants to move in why not employ HelpMeRent.co.uk Ltd to conduct the check-in or we could even sort the Landlords Gas Safety check for you - take a look at our Checkout Page HERE.

What do I pay? 
See Option 1, 2 & 3 above. 
If you go for Option 1 you will only pay us £99 on the day your new tenant moves in.  
 
What do I get for £17.50 a month? 
Unlimited access to the tenant hub, subject to a fair usage policy for each property to rent.  
 
Is there a fair usage policy? 
A - Yes. We allow a Landlord access to 3 sets of tenants details per property. We have the flexibility to discuss this with you should you not find a suitable tenant with your first three viewings. 
 
The Tenant Hub is too basic for me 
A - No problem. You can either choose some of our Pik N' Mix options to help get your tenancy started OR choose one of our traditional rental services. We have something for everyone !  
 
Whats in it for HelpMeRent.co.uk ?

1 - Following a successful viewing we will erect a To Let Board for 10 - 14 days [where legally possible]
